From Science Spinning by Seán Duke:
Communication skills for scientists are becoming increasingly important all the time. These days it is essential that scientists are good, if not excellent, communicators, on many levels in order to succeed.
With this in mind, I have designed a one-day ‘Speaking Science‘ communication workshop. The target groups are scientists working at third-level, in public bodies, or in industry. Also, 4th level students, either PhDs or MScs.
The next available date in Dublin is 20th October, ‘09, and will take place in the Mespil Hotel, Dublin 2, from 9am to 5pm.
